Associate Research Fellow, Ph.D. His primary research areas include emergency management, the development of new technologies for emergency platforms, hazard identification and analysis, safety monitoring and sensing technologies, as well as safety education and safety culutral. He is a key technical member of the National Emergency Platform Development Project and has participated in emergency response efforts for numerous major disasters and accidents. He has led and participated in the development and construction of emergency platforms at the provincial, municipal, and ministerial levels across China.

As the chief technical lead, he has been responsible for the development of integrated public safety platforms in Ecuador, Venezuela, Angola, and Singapore, accumulating extensive experience in the construction of emergency management and safety platforms both domestically and internationally. He has led or participated in dozens of major national research projects. He has been awarded both the First-Class and Second-Class Prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award of China, as well as multiple provincial and ministerial-level Science and Technology Progress Awards.
