following a ​Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering​ from the University of Science and Technology of China (2000-2004)

Currently serving as a ​Senior Engineer​ at Tsinghua University’s School of Safety Science and Institute of Public Safety Research since June 2023. Previously held positions as ​Senior Engineer​ (2020-2023)
Assistant Researcher​ (2011-2020) and ​Postdoctoral Fellow​ (2009-2011) within the Department of Engineering Physics and Institute of Public Safety Research at Tsinghua University.

Graduate Course: Risk Assessment Theories and Methods

Areas of Research Interests

Focuses on the system dynamics of public safety risks, aiming to understand and quantify the emergence, propagation, and evolution mechanisms of risks within complex systems. The main research directions include: complex network dynamics and intelligent risk assessment, computational epidemiology and epidemic prevention/control simulation, and resilience analysis of critical infrastructure networks.

Research Status

In the fields of complex network dynamics and intelligent risk assessment, computational epidemiology and intelligent simulation for epidemic control, and resilience analysis of critical infrastructure networks, I have served as Principal Investigator for national-level research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key Research and Development Program, and the National Science and Technology Major Project on "New Generation Artificial Intelligence" under the National Science and Technology Innovation 2030 Initiative.

​Published more than 20 SCI/EI-indexed papers;
Awarded 2 Second Prizes of the Beijing Science and Technology Award, 1 First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award by the China Public Safety Science and Technology Society, and 1 First Prize of the Science and Technology Award by the China Occupational Safety and Health Association.
